The Impact of Workplace Ostracism on Job Outcomes With Moderating Role of Islamic work Ethics
Using positivism research philosophy, researcher has tested the interactive effect of Islamic work ethics between workplace ostracism and job outcomes. Analysis using 410 data collected through quota sampling, permanent employees of private and public organizations revealed that Islamic work ethics has a positive association with job satisfaction and job performance but negative with job stress. In addition to this, work place ostracism positively related to job performance and job stress but negatively associated with job satisfaction. In contrast Islamic work ethics does not moderate the relationship between workplace ostracism and job stress and job performance except workplace ostracism and job satisfaction respectively.
