Impact Of Work Load And Job Description On Interpersonal Conflict With Mediating Effect Of Work Related Stress
Literature suggests that lack of job description and un-equal work load laden on employees cause interpersonal conflicts. Literature also suggests that when employees are over-burdened with work load, stress arise in organizations which affect the efficiency and effectiveness. The current study was aimed at finding out the effect of work load and job description on interpersonal conflict with the mediating role of work stress. Data was collected f4om 122 officer level employees from the public sector organizations in Peshawar and Mardan. Regression and correlation were run using SPSS. The result suggest that work load, job description and the mediating role of work stress causes interpersonal conflict and the chances for such events to occur is 91.6% Supervisor:- Miss Mariam Mohsin
