The aim of the study is to investigate the relation between family life and work place environment, where family life is measured by multiple indicators, which include conflicts with in family and outside family. The study has collected data from 95 government employees working in education institutes in Peshawar. The study has used Ordinary least square model (OLS) and binary logistic Regression econometric as well. The study found that family conflicts are significantly associated with work place environment and workplace stress at work place. Supervisor:-Mr. Badar Sultan Minhas
