Perceived Destination Quality and Intention to Revisit: Moderator Role Tourist Advocacy

Tourism plays an important role in the economy of the every nation now a day. It can boost the environment level and living of standard of the countries. This study examines the impact of the Perceived Destination Quality on Intention to Revisit under the mediating and moderator role of Tourist Satisfaction and Tourist Advocacy in Swat valley. The key objective of the study is to examine the effect of Perceived Destination Quality, tourist satisfaction on intention to revisit; under moderating role of tourist advocacy. For generalizing the impacts of the variables, 300 respondents are used for the collection of the data from the Swat valley. Preacher and Hayes file is used in the OLS technique to elaborate the effect of the mediating role on perceived Destination Quality and Intention to Revisit. Results from the study shows that there is a direct significant correlation between the Perceived Destination Quality, Tourist Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit. It also shows that Tourist Satisfaction mediate significantly with the increase in the relationship between Perceived Destination Quality and Intention to Revisit. And Tourist Advocacy moderates significantly between the Tourist Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit. Supervisor:- Dr. Jahangir Khan
