There are various factors effects the movement of the stock market. When these factors happen there is movement comes in the stock market behavior. These factors occur, either the stock market move upward or downward. Study is conducted on the information of the Karachi stock exchange (100 index), Pakistan. Analysis tells that changing in political condition brings the negative change in the stock market but it is not significantly affected the stock market in the given data. When political environment change a little bit negative movement comes in the stock market. That is why the political stability is necessary for the stability in the stock market.
