Determinants Of Job Satisfaction Among Lady Police Officers Of Islamabad
The aim of this research study is to understand the impact of work environment on job satisfaction among lady police officers in Islamabad, Pakistan, further how demographic variable moderate the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction. The research follows descriptive cross-sectional research methodology and the data was collected from lady police officers through structured questionnaires. Correlation and regression analysis is used to measure relationship between job satisfaction and work environment among lady police officers in Islamabad. Results showed that work environment has positive impact on job satisfaction and demographic variable positively moderate the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction.
